How the free trial works
The annual plan starts with 14 days of Jotslate Pro for free, for new subscribers. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your Apple Account is charged $59.99.
Buying another plan during the trial ends the rest of it.
If Pro ends, nothing is deleted
- Sorting goes back to 25 AI sorts every 30 days, all available right away.
- Habits you already have keep working, even past 3. New ones wait until fewer than 3 are active.
- History older than 30 days is locked again, not removed.
- Colors and icons go back to the defaults, and your choices return with Pro.
- Other Pro features turn off until Pro is active again.

Apple handles every purchase, so we never see your payment details.
How do I cancel?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Jotslate Pro. You can also get there in Jotslate from your profile with Manage subscription.
Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
When am I charged for the trial?
Not during it. The $59.99 charge comes when the 14 days end, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Subscriptions then renew each year until you cancel.
Does Lifetime really include everything?
Yes. Lifetime is the same Jotslate Pro as the subscriptions, paid once. It never renews and includes Pro features we add later, for as long as we offer Jotslate.
How long does the Lifetime launch price last?
Lifetime is $149.99 through November 30. After that it’s $179.99. It’s the same Jotslate Pro either way, paid once.
How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the Jotslate Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Switch between monthly and annual in Jotslate or in your Apple Account subscriptions, and Apple works out the billing.
If you buy Lifetime while you’re subscribed, cancel the subscription in your Apple Account so it doesn’t renew.
Why do prices look different in my country?
Prices here are in US dollars. Apple sets local prices and taxes for each country, and you pay the price the App Store shows when you buy.
